tennis court,  BBQ grill palapa and recreation area,  Full concierge service,   24 hr Security and a golf course

Medano Beach is a 10-15 min walk. Restaurants and bars at your doorstep!  Numerous shops and the elegant

Puerto Paraiso Mall on the marina are just a short walk away. There is a great pool and gym that is available for use.

Great option and value on the Cabo Corridor. Located just 10 mins from town, this resort offers amazing views

to the infamous El Arco, the Arch and Lands end of Cabo. Spacious and clean 2 bdrm and 2 bath condo with

balcony. There are pools, a  gym and you can walk to beaches in 10-15 mins. Nightly rates start from $82*USD 

*Please note rates increase for holidays in December, Jan, Feb, March. Monthly rates start at 19,500 pesos.

Want to stay on the hotel zone area of San Jose del Cabo, surrounded by a golf course? Very peaceful and quiet 

yet only a few minute walk to restaurants, shopping and beach. You are also close enougth to walk to the quaint

town square of this historically rich, Mexican pueblo and the infamous Estuary. This condo community has 3 pools,

2 jacuzzis and sports lush gardens and landscaping. 1 or 2 bdrm condos available on short or long term stays.

One bdrm one bath fully furnished and turnkey rents for $600 usd per week or $1800 usd per mo.

2 bdrm $800 usd per week or $2400 usd per mo. One month damage deposit required.

beach of Medano? These conods are very popular as you are close enough to everything to not need to rent a

car. There is a community pool and pergola sitting area to enjoy. All condo have a large balcony, granite &

leases start from $2000 usd per month plus utilities.
